Conclusion!
So we reach the end of our investigation into the death of Ambrose GG Ball on the 24th Jan 2015.

We based our investigation on what the police had presented as evidence and not necessarily what the family were saying as it was for us to show police corruption and disprove their narrative on what happened on this case, which we have through audios, pictures and statements provided by the family aswell as the stuff we collected ourselves.
Throughout this we have logically guessed things that may have happened by going to the areas Ambrose's was meant to have been, we have documented everything openly even when we have been wrong because this has nothing to do with anything else but getting justice for a man who was killed and his body dumped in the River Lea.
Although until the DNA and those questions regarding the FACE, TATTOO and SCAR are answered we can't prove that as 100% fact but we will never make him a JOHN DOE, so until all that is done from our point of view it's him over it's not as to say it isn't gives up the families rights to the state so until like we said the DNA is done and those unanswered questions are answered it will never be 100% Ambrose for the family they still remain UNSURE.
The Police are corrupt and here are some of the findings into why!
The Fox Public House
Firstly he was not the aggressor like it was claimed according to the security he was trying to keep it calm , he wasn't trying to "fight" anybody until he was provoked into defending himself after being attacked.
He is attacked three times while at the pub for two an a half hours but the police felt he was in "no danger"
The censor light goes off when it's designed to track movement why would a censor light just switch off? it was clearly turned off only as the only other logical thing it was faulty which it wasn't.
He is seen holding a navy top not a white one as he is "running" around with his torso exposed before then running towards the police for the second time but there is no footage of him returning until later when he is fully clothed walking back into the pub.
So how can he be caught heading into one direction twice with no top on and returning once but isn't caught returning the second time on that same camera until a few minutes later fully clothed, so where did the jacket come from as knowone on CCTV is seen holding one or even handing Ambrose one to put on, so how did it just appear on his body if the CCTV hadn't been cut? it would have been seen on the cameras but not one picked up this jacket on any frames until after the car had left.
1:52 am the phone is sited in Southgate but the jacket and passenger are still at the pub at 1:52:58 am that's the time on the camera at the fox it would be 1:55:58 in Southgate or around that time..... So how did a person they didn't really know just take or be given another man's jacket and then when he got to "Southgate" put it in the car!
Then there is what is seen being carried by the family who see a "body" and the police officer who sees something "odd" while watching the CCTV.
So after all this time what was that being carried ? not once has this ever been answered to who or what that was.
He was never seen leaving the Fox on any CCTV as the man in question was questioned by the family as being "too big" an held "no limp" so until they either make the CCTV clearer so whoever was seen getting into that car is seen better so at least they can be identified or produce footage from all cameras then Ambrose was never identified getting into his car outside the Fox by anyone not the CCTV or any person.
Southgate
Southgate there really isn't much to say as the police have failed to produce any CCTV from at least four cameras around that area like they claim they had the only thing that places him there is his mobile phone that's on Chase Side which is where Southgate Police reside.
It's the only time the phone is sited after leaving the Fox until later that evening some 17+ hours later it's sited in Perivale at the police compound.
A109, Bowes Road, A406 and the 3:03:56 Sighting
So the next sightings are at 2:32:03 on an ANPR at the rounderabout as it enters Bowes Road at the top as there is not one where Sharon Freeman-Woods says it is.
2:32:41 is the next sighting of a car pass and maybe park up, then there are CCTV steals of Ambrose talking outside before heading into the shop leaving the shop and going back in at 2:55 am and finally leaving at 2:59:04 am.
The CCTV shows the navy top that was seen on the footage at the Fox and not a white t-shirt that was described as being "grey".
The camera the footage from inside the shop is taken from a camera that wasn't meant to have been working when the family went to the shop and asked to view it, they were told it wasn't working that weekend.
Again there is no footage of Ambrose getting into his car after leaving the shop at 2:59:04.
The 2:58 sighting is either off a camera that is slower then the shop or it doesn't exists as how can he be caught at 2:59:04 then at 2:58 he can't be it's very simple.... This would be the first time the police had the time backwards as 8 comes before 9 in the numbers pattern unless you are counting backwards.
The family had viewed CCTV and hadn't seen what Sharon did claiming she saw the "BM type car" nor did they see the same people enter or leave the shop but were given footage of a "shutter" to watch but never saw Ambrose's car.
The car has already been caught on an ANPR cams according to Sharon so how comes the other two further down the road did not pick it up they would have as the car would have bounced off all three so there should be two camera sightings well before the 3:03:36 am at Montague Road and there isn't.
It's taken the car around 3 minutes and 38 seconds to drive 4.3 miles to get to Montague Road the car is speeding at around 70 pushing fastest 80 MPH it's never reaching 100 MPH like stated and they were meant to have stopped along the way so how did a car travel that fast without being detected on any camera along that road and there's three types of camera but not one picked it up until 3:03:36.
3:06 am Sighting and Crash Location
So the next sighting is at "3:06 am" according to Sharon Freeman-Woods and its at the "crash location" and comes from a mobile phone that does not belong to Ambrose but the passenger in the car.
The 3:06 am crash location makes it the first one and comes before the Glover Road sighting at 3:07 am because again 6 comes before 7 in the numbers pattern.
The time frame from 3:03 to 3:06 is three minutes with 3:07 makes it four minutes this alone shows you how the car has slowed down as it has taken four minutes to do half a mile when just before that the car had taken three minutes and 38 secs to do 4.3 miles so logic tells you something slowed that car down and with the 3:06 am being the "Crash location" it came before Glover road and not after.
The second crash is at Leeside just after 3:07 am and the car is found at 3:09 am by an Ikea worker who fails to see the passenger at the bus stop he would have passed just before he found the car.
The passenger said the car stopped and he got out so the car would have came to a rest so as he tried to move off the car would have made marks on the road and as the passenger got out near the power-station and watched the car drive up the street some small distance he is in full sight of the car stopping and would have seen where Ambrose would have exited the car.
Even though the car had missing wheels and a blown out tyre it travelled a further 500 metres but the car never made a single mark on that road not one marking, no tyre burns, wheel scratching nothing to suggest that car travelled any further then where it crashed into those railings even though the police stated there was one it's not enough for a car to have travelled 500 meters leaving nothing else on that road not even the debris sitting on the island belonged to the BMW the only stuff there was the intact number plate that looked like it had been placed on the floor as it had been in two crashes and was undented, not broken anywhere and was clean like it had just been brought.
He is in full sight of the boater who saw a "dazed and confused male ushered into a waiting car" a "golf type" which undercover police drive.
Was the wheel found detached before the car was moved as the witness said "hanging" and the police said "detached"
The debris from the car being up at Leeside, the wheel being left with the number plate but made no markings or oil on the road even though it had stopped twice according to the passenger.
What time was it actually found as one set of info stated 3:00am and the second was 3:09am
Then there is the car being found on the Sunday by his "friends" who found the car with the mobile and turned it on but we know that's not true as on the Saturday his mum went there and found no car but debris like the wheel and number plate.
Who picked it up from it's Standard Recovery" was it police or C&S Recovery looks like it was both but went straight in for forensics up at Perivale Police Compound where the phone was also sited for the last time.
Helicopter search the log states 23rd Jan 2015 British time but the tweets we were wrong about as they came off two different device one on a phone app that reads UK time and one of the computer that reads American time so the eight hour difference makes one sit on the 23rd and the other on the 24th in their time zones.
The phone masts never pick up Ambrose's mobile after 1:52 am but do pick up the mobile of the passemger at 3:06, 3:12 and 3:23am but never Ambrose's phone not even on it's route to Perivale was it sited.
So who was actually driving this car as it not Ambrose as he's never seen getting into his car anywhere and his mobile isn't sited after 1:52 so who is driving this car the person who is seen on the CCTV at the pub? On evidence Ambrose is nowhere near the location of the crash as according to the police and their phone data they have the phone still in Southgate as they could have tracked the phone further then they did and it wasn't sited after that until later that evening at Perivale.
Jacket, Body Find and Police Investigation
So on the Monday a jacket was found under a "pylon" in the field next to the power station near to where the Pymmes Brook flows and the police finally attend.
Over the first 48 hours his mum had tried to get the police to take her seriously regarding her missing son and the altercations at the Fox Pub, they ignored her until the jacket was found only then would they raise the risk before that he was a low risk misper but the police would visit his mums address asking for DNA of Ambrose well before the twenty four hour missing person timeframe and then just shy of that he was allowed to be reported missing and then earlier phone calls from his mum to the police would never be documented and the later calls would be seen as the first point of contact which they weren't it was earlier at 8:30 in the morning.
Calls and conversations between his mum and officer Rebecca Bird would be denied and go down as never taken place when they did via the phone as his mum was given her direct number.
They paid no attention to what she was saying until two days later and then they acted.
Footprints would be found going down the alleyway that runs alongside the powerstaion and the field they would just stop but then continue further down close to the brooke at the bottom and towards where the jacket was found.
They searched using a helicopter, on foot and with a dog which turned up nothing the dog search was dyer and why did they even bother when they gave it no scent to search with what did they expect the dog to find fresh air, as it "paid no attention to the jacket" which "Ambrose" was meant to have "dropped" as it was given no scent of his even though the family had given the police a tracksuit that he used to worked out in they failed to give it to the dog to smell aswell as the jacket itself., it found nothing because it was given jack to sniff from how dumb can the police be and as for "four hours" that's a load of shit too as dogs search off scent and not timeframe so the police are stupid as even if they had given it a scent they said it was only a "four Hour Dog" the man had been missing at that point 50+ hours, again what did they expect this "four dog" to find their search at that point was a waste of time.
So the police continue to conduct their botched investigation into Ambrose's death and the cover up began with witnesses interviewed well before they claimed, CCTV taken well before they claimed and they only produced what they felt was relevant.
They hadn't taken any photos of the scene at the crash or where the jacket was found nor did they take any finger prints, though forensics had turned up when the jacket was found they had taken nothing at the scene.
The car was taken in as a "standard recovery" then at Perivale was booked into as forensics and found nothing of Ambrose in the car no finger prints on anything from him or anyone that had been in that car that night/morning ,oh apart from a thumb print on the window screen and the mobile phone which would be the second time it was sited after being near to Southgate Police Station on Chase Side.
They interviewed witnesses again and three times statements changed with one and the police claim they hadn't changed from one another when they did.
On others times would contradict each other, clothes would change from navy to white, people would be there then they wouldn't, fights would break out earlier the said, people weren't involved and CCTV proved otherwise, same as the police presence on that morning was denied until data emerge of them being there earlier and in convoy.
They continued to dismiss what the family were saying regarding what had happened and what they were being told about events that morning.
Top police like Victor Olisa the Borough commander at the time would say they had CCTV but it was never produced and lie straight to the family while sitting face to face.
So three months pass and a body is found in the river Lea on the 22nd April 2015 and it goes down as Ambrose though the police hadn't conducted a real DNA comparison and it couldn't be identified through facial features as the face skin had gone so they couldn't tell if that was Ambrose or not, so he was identified through a tattoo on the arm but questions would surround other features missing from the body like a tattoo of a "Mexican lady" on the torso and a scar on the knee completely changing shape, to date they remain unanswered, no medical practitioner has explained why these things were missing or had changed.
Why was the liver was so small as that's a ridiculous size to weigh to be passed off as a grown mans liver 600+ grams when a full healthy liver is 1400 grams or something, then there's the tissues not matching and the one diatom found that wasn't associated with the river the body was found in aswell as the river being too shallow for the body to float in, there was no flooding that year to push it down river to where it was found, but then Sharon did state he had crossed to cross back over getting into trouble before drowning, so as you normally surface not to too far from where you go in she's got him down passing the reservoir trying to cross back over there somewhere, but how did he get to that part in the first place you cant unless you cross the water or jump the fence either at the lock but that brings you onto a path down passed were the boats are moored or its over the fence that stops people entering the reservoir but then how do you drowned in a 1f t deep river uninjured, who submerges themselves and can't' get out when you could clearly stand up, standing at 5ft 8 inches your looking at just above the calf deep don't be ridiculous.
The body itself is telling you it wasn't in that water as long as they say the decomposition tells you that especially the face as that sites a land death and that's medical evidence, so why in his case did the face go first and be the only skin to completely go, nothing to prove that was him through sight alone.
The police couldn't even get their facts in order as even on cad details and other paperwork their narrative conflicted each other, in legal terms there "redactions of the evidence" regardless of what is thought.
Inquest
The inquest would commence in Jan 2016 led by Coroner Andrew Walker at Barnet's Coroners Court though the body wasn't identified through any DNA, how the body would be identified would hold doubt as the coroner either watched or heard the audio from the BBC documentary where they only played the "yes that's my son" but left out the questions regarding the tattoo and scar and based it on that aswell as the Tattoo identification but still no DNA or tissue match to prove 100% who that was.
The second post-mortem the illegal one the findings were a word of mouth thing by Stuart Hill aad Sharon FreemanWoods as they still produced the wrong info on CT Scan.
Some of the evidence you see above and within the parts were presented at the inquest but the judge deemed them not fit for that court as it wasn't a criminal investigation it was to see had happened ie how the body came to enter the water hence the open verdict, as know body knows how that was its all speculation even from us, though we think what we think due to the evidence and medical facts we can't prove that as 100%.
BBC
The BBC supported the police throughout their documentary as they painted a picture that they were actually supporting the family and doing all they could to help them through this sad time when in reality they weren't they were hindering everything including what had gotten out to the media, they had withheld CCTV, allowed statements changes, never called witnesses from the pub, those who saw a crash earlier that day, the CT scan being wrong ie DOB and location of the crash being Ferry Lane then changed to the correct DOB and now Watermead Way was the crash location aswell as allowing a false tooth brush used as evidence regarding the DNA.
BBC followed the family for a year or so and not once in that documentary did they show anything the family were saying about how corrupt the police were and how they were hindering and not supporting their case like it has been deemed even with MP David Lammy who the thing was based on hindered the case and never supported like he said he would.
IPCC
The IPCC were sat in court and heard everything that was said over that week and a bit and their basing there investigation on the latter part of the morning after the crash they still haven't come up with their findings its been two years +.
They knew full well about the going on's in the case from as early as March when the first complaint had gone in including about the car, even at the inquest they found it amusing as they chuckled in their seats like little school girls in assembly.
They should be looking into the whole investigation not just the end part as their officers are corrupt and if they really looked they would see just how flawed this case really is.
The police would drag up his mum's sexual abuse as a child and also play on her mental health like she was mad to think they had anything to do with her son's death.
So on the 24th January 2015 Ambrose lost his life after being set up and it's been covered up by Haringey Homicide and Serious Crime Unit aka Sharon Freeman-Woods, Stewart Hill, Barry McCarthy and co.
Was it a planned murder no, it was a premeditated attack which ended in the death of Ambrose which has been covered up because he lost his life after police contact.
We draw our conclusion as murder, though we have thought manslaughter because he was "seen running alive towards the police" after the attacks, so whatever happened there may have contributed but it didn't cause his death and what we say here is speculation, though it has been said it can't be proven as 100% fact as there's no CCTV on it though Southgate proves this point again there's no CCTV.
We think he was restrained and suffocated which caused his death, as from the evidence it seems the police viewed him as a threat rather then a victim, the attacks earlier may have contributed to his death down to weaken the body but it was with the police his final breath was taken and that was seen when they restrained him hence the cover up and dumping of the body in the river, as it conceals suffocation which can also look like "drowning" as that is a form of suffocation, hence why we still say murder over manslaughter purely down to that and then dumping the body in the river and the cover up it's all been calculated even if the death it's self wasn't.
The last phone siting before the crash was near to Southgate Police Station and then the last phone siting was at Perivale a Police Compound.
We have learnt so much about Ambrose, he was a father of two who worked as a paint sprayer, who had fell on hard times but was still fighting to be a good role model to his two children trying to plan a positive future where they all could be happy and stable, which he never got to do as his life was stolen by the Met Police.
He loved his family his two brothers and especially his mother as through this we have heard from many who knew them on a deep level that they were close even through the hard times they remained connected and his love for her never faded same as hers for him.
RIP Ambrose GG Ball, Sleep tight!!
